Hello
Originally from England, I trained as a middle school science teacher before discovering my true passion for supporting mental, emotional, and social well-being. This shift led me to focus on helping people navigate their inner worlds.
My career has taken me around the globe, working with diverse individuals—from street-involved youth to those facing addiction, grief, and trauma. These experiences have deepened my understanding of human resilience and the power of connection. Now, I call Victoria, BC home.
I hold a Master’s in Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Registered Play Therapist (BCRPT), Certified Synergetic Play Therapist, and Autplay Therapy Provider. I’m passionate about supporting people of all ages through life transitions or personal growth, offering empathy, insight, and support to help achieve their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two teenagers, and our playful dog, Taz. We love exploring the outdoors and getting creative with repurposing furniture.
